Abstract

As modern society grow more sophisticated and complicated, it is required to create a highly resilient organization that can adapt to changing demands. Aoyama Gakuin University has been implementing PBL classes since 2013 using instructional design. However, in such a PBL project aimed at solving social problems, there are cases in which students cannot solve the problem, and there were cases wherer the problem was solved but lacked creativity. Therefore, in 2016, an educational organization applying P2M was introduced. In this research, adaptive learning environment that enables individual learning support for members engaged in program management and project management as a support system improvement was examined. As a result, it was confirmed that the using adaptive learning environment may be effective in improving resilience.
