Abstract
In recent years, the importance of community problem-solving projects (in this research, defined as a group of projects that address important regional issues from various perspectives and a program that oversees them) has increased, centering on the achievement of SDGs goals. It has come to be recognized that it is impossible to deal with conventional local optimization projects side by side.
The purpose of this research is to clarify the necessary management method group in the community problem solving program through quantitative and qualitative analysis, especially to establish the method of value index management. In contrast to the analysis of a small number of projects, which mainly focuses on a single method as seen in previous research, this research focuses on the group of management methods of programs that oversee a large number of projects and their processes. It is considered that the practicality has greatly increased.
