Abstract
In recent years, globalization and digitalization have accelerated changes in the environment surrounding socioeconomic activities. In line with these changes, management theories are shifting from the completion of deliverables through projects to the realization of value through programs, from planned activities to repetitive activities, and from process-based know-how-oriented methods to tailoring methods based on principles and principles. Under these circumstances, universities are being asked how they should implement management education that incorporates these elements of change for their students. In this paper, the author presents a tentative discussion of management education that incorporates elements of change, using PBL and seminars that are practiced in the author's laboratory as subjects.
