In recent years, globalization and digitalization have accelerated changes in the environment surrounding socioeconomic activities. In line with these changes, management theories are shifting from the completion of deliverables through projects to the realization of value through programs, from planned activities to repetitive activities, and from process-based know-how-oriented methods to tailoring methods based on principles and principles. Under these circumstances, universities are being asked how they should implement management education that incorporates these elements of change for their students. In this paper, the author presents a tentative discussion of management education that incorporates elements of change, using PBL and seminars that are practiced in the author's laboratory as subjects.

This research group engaged in research and development of new educational methods for group work exercises and empirical research for“Business Producers for Future Strategic Design”. Due to the influence of the Corona disaster, the second half of the 2020 course at the School of Business of Aoyama Gakuin University was conducted in the form of ”online group work exercises”. The results were to arose difficult problems of a high dropout rate and free riders during online group work. Therefore, our research team decided to work on a case study conducted in the form of a ”high flex group work exercise” in the second half of the 2021 course. The purpose of this research is to tackle the following four research subjects with the aim of solving the above-mentioned problems: (1) overall instructional design, (2) learner's organizational management method, and (3) educational organizational management method, by applying P2M. In addition, (4) learner's individual grade evaluation method will be proposed and empirical research will be conducted at the high flex group work exercise.

Crowdfunding is to raise a small amount of money from an unspecified number of people via the Internet, and the market is growing rapidly in recent years and is becoming recognized, and for university students who have hopes to be involved in manufacturing in the future, the Internet It can be used as a very practical means to learn Marketing 4.0. Crowdfunding is an aggregation of various projects leading up to success, and is positioned as a program that carries out activities to achieve the goal as a whole. However, there is a risk that it is unclear whether each project can be executed reliably without being able to make a program contract with the student, and there are many difficult aspects to management. In this paper, in practicing efficient and fruitful crowdfunding as an education, we adopted integrated management at each stage of the 3S model in P2M, clarified each necessary project, avoided risks, and achieved results. As an effective method to raise the level, it is recommended to promote the visualization of students' abilities and motivations by sharing evaluation indexes to maintain their motivation.

In this study, we grasp the teamwork ability that declines in the online environment and propose a training method that complements them. First, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the difference in teamwork ability between online and face-to-face environments and found that the decrease in backup ability and monitoring ability was particularly remarkable in the online environment. Next, based on this, as a method to supplement teamwork ability online practically and voluntarily, we devised a training method using VALORANT, which is a kind of ”tactical shooter game”. Furthermore, the difference in teamwork ability before and after the training was confirmed by t-test. As a result, there was a significant difference in 28 items of teamwork ability.

This study focuses the Asian Students Environment Platform (ASEP), which has been held by the AEON Environmental Foundation since 2012, in order to clarify the methods required for the effective building and functioning of the platform for the co-creation of social value through international collaboration for the next generation. This study conducts an evaluation and analysis of the program as a platform for discussion and proposal of global environmental issues by university students from different countries, as the mission of the program is ”to create new social values through collaboration among university students from different countries while learning about the different natural environments and values in each country.” This study will apply the P2M framework to examine the necessity of practicing the co-design, co-production, and co-delivery methods which Future Earth, an international research platform, has placed importance on.

We propose a methodology to increase the effectiveness of P2M in an environment of increasing uncertainty. Specifically, the 3S model will be re-comprehended in terms of its spiral structure, and the effectiveness of the sensemaking process therein will be presented. Combining the sensemaking concept in organizing theory and the knowledge-creating spiral framework, we explore the sensemaking process of diagnostic organization development that enables the extension of the ontological dimension from individual to group to organization to inter-organization. Furthermore, we were able to confirm the process of making organizational development a reality from small fluctuations by means of a case study that occurred in a real company. However, the limitations of a single case study have not been fully overcome, and there is a need to further deepen the research through comparative verification of dialogic organization development and diagnostic organization development, as well as research that incorporates the diversity of interactive organizational development.

Purpose management refers to management that emphasizes the significance of a company's existence. It is also known as management of aspiration, and it is believed that path-oriented management can be achieved by deeply pursuing the reason for a company's existence. In R&D management, on the other hand, the aspirations of individual R&D personnel and the aspirations of the organization's managers are important factors that determine the success or failure of projects and the quality of innovation. In this paper, the forms of R&D management from the perspective of purposive management and summarize measures to apply them to R&D management are organized.

This paper shows that the factors contributing to the success and failure of international joint ventures such as U.S.-Japan engineering companies have been affected by information sharing and consensus building within the IJV. However, the mechanism is not simple, and contains many mediating and interaction effects between explanatory variables due to uncertainty in the environment surrounding the project. Based on existing research on risk management, it was clarified that as a research result, the factor analysis of the success and failure of IJV can be explained by applying the typical risk items of the project pointed out in P2M to the analysis model that integrates the above viewpoints.

In the age of VUCA, the demand for DX from companies is expected to further accelerate, and software development to achieve business agility, one of the objectives of DX, is increasingly being developed while simultaneously repeating multiple software development cycles in a short period of time. The same requirements are increasing in the specific business targeted by the RPA development framework[1] for DX that applies P2M theory, which we proposed in 2021, and we have extended the development framework. The feature of this project is that we applied P2M program management to solve the problem of how to link the mutual rhythm of misalignment among development projects, which became an issue of multiple agile development, and we will explain it as a project management case study of agile software development for DX.

For sustainable development, corporate-led social innovation would be required. Projects & programs are essential for successful innovation, then it is especially critical that both building consensus in scheme model projects, and setting goals and evaluation criteria for system model projects, in P2M theory. In order to promote the studies on them, the importance of business environment simulator as a component of the virtual experiment environment, has been pointed out, in addition to project simulator. In this article, as one-step of building a business environment simulator, we propose a method to build a simulatable As-Is business model as a starting point of transformation, based on the financial statements of the subject company.

In a global company, it takes time for the regional headquarters to compile monthly information on overseas subsidiaries because of the different cost and sales situations in each country. The longer it takes to report the previous month's information, the slower it takes for the headquarters to make global decisions and issue appropriate instructions to each company. To solve this problem, we found three essential issues: it takes time to input the information into the format desired by each level in the characteristic factor chart, to tabulate the information, and to confirm the information because each level is responsible for the numerical values it produces. Data visualization was applied to verify the results. The relevance of the 3S model of P2M to the case study in which this model was applied and its potential for program management education are discussed, and it is found that there is a link between data visualization and the 3S model.

In today's expanding digital economy, agile development holds promise in that it is suitable for quick responses to change and for situations of uncertainty, such as not knowing what the right answer is. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the mechanism by which the characteristics of agile development produce these advantages. Specifically, we show that the features of agile development that subdivide the development unit improve investment expectations. This is a mechanism that reduces investment uncertainty in software development. This can be explained by the Abandon Option in Real Option Theory.

This paper investigated the tendency of first-year students in social sciences to be conscious of entrepre-neurship in relation to the components of independence. As a result, it became clear that only ”Imagination” among the components of independence is related to entrepreneurial motivation. On the other hand, it was suggested that the two elements of ”Awareness” and ”Free-will” may be factors that reduce entrepreneurial motivation. Independence is an essential background for human resources who control business concept, implementation, and operation, but care must be taken not to diminish entrepreneurial motivation in the pro-cess of acquiring the components ”Awareness” and ”Free-will”. Furthermore, regarding ”Imagination”, it can be said that a training policy that clarifies one's career and business with a back-casting approach is effective. In the future, it is hoped that the human resources who have started a business and realized the long-term concept will be followed up and the learning consciousness / process and training method will be refined.

The introduction of so-called “agile” methods is also required in community problem solving projects. In this research, based on the P2M research in a series of community issues by the author, we propose the introduction of “agile type” method including its advantages and disadvantages. “Agile software development” is originally a concept of lightweight software development method, and is not directly related to social problem solving business. However, in order to increase the value of social problem-solving projects, it is indispensable to break down the practice of starting a conventional project once and then virtually no special management is performed until it is completed. This is in line with the “agile” idea that is often used outside of software development today. In this study, we hypothesized the elements necessary for implementing an “agile” type program project in a social problem solving project. Then, by quantitatively indexing each W-BRIDGE project, the relationship between management and project value was clarified.

While CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) has been considered an element of business activities, such as social contribution activities in addition to compliance and environmental management, CSV (Creating Shared Value) relates to business activities themselves and aims to create shared value in terms of management strategy. In this study, programs are defined as comprehensive activities of private subsidy-providing organizations that have been proactively engaged in social contribution activities, and analyses are conducted on scenarios involving the establishment of business value and competitiveness through the realization of ideal social values. Specifically, analysis is conducted focusing on the creation of shared value ”commons” through a questionnaire on subsidy providers, etc., and the creation of profiling management and value indicator management are considered to clarify development as CSV.

Realizing a sustainable society by solving social problems is an urgent issue in modern society, and at the same time, it is important to solve both social problems and achieve economic development. In this discussion, as part of the discussion on the expansion of P2M theory, P2M will further contribute to the promotion of DX, which is the driving force of change to achieve economic development by solving social problems and creating sustainable ones. Consider a new methodology for. We will realize society by realizing SDGs and Society 5.0. This will be a new human-centered society with a high degree of digitalization. Specifically, I propose a program management framework that supports interdisciplinary cooperation and agile, which are important keywords for DX promotion.
