Abstract
This research group engaged in research and development of new educational methods for group work exercises and empirical research for“Business Producers for Future Strategic Design”. Due to the influence of the Corona disaster, the second half of the 2020 course at the School of Business of Aoyama Gakuin University was conducted in the form of ”online group work exercises”. The results were to arose difficult problems of a high dropout rate and free riders during online group work. Therefore, our research team decided to work on a case study conducted in the form of a ”high flex group work exercise” in the second half of the 2021 course. The purpose of this research is to tackle the following four research subjects with the aim of solving the above-mentioned problems: (1) overall instructional design, (2) learner's organizational management method, and (3) educational organizational management method, by applying P2M. In addition, (4) learner's individual grade evaluation method will be proposed and empirical research will be conducted at the high flex group work exercise.
