Abstract
In the age of VUCA, the demand for DX from companies is expected to further accelerate, and software development to achieve business agility, one of the objectives of DX, is increasingly being developed while simultaneously repeating multiple software development cycles in a short period of time. The same requirements are increasing in the specific business targeted by the RPA development framework[1] for DX that applies P2M theory, which we proposed in 2021, and we have extended the development framework. The feature of this project is that we applied P2M program management to solve the problem of how to link the mutual rhythm of misalignment among development projects, which became an issue of multiple agile development, and we will explain it as a project management case study of agile software development for DX.
