Abstract
The introduction of so-called “agile” methods is also required in community problem solving projects. In this research, based on the P2M research in a series of community issues by the author, we propose the introduction of “agile type” method including its advantages and disadvantages. “Agile software development” is originally a concept of lightweight software development method, and is not directly related to social problem solving business. However, in order to increase the value of social problem-solving projects, it is indispensable to break down the practice of starting a conventional project once and then virtually no special management is performed until it is completed. This is in line with the “agile” idea that is often used outside of software development today. In this study, we hypothesized the elements necessary for implementing an “agile” type program project in a social problem solving project. Then, by quantitatively indexing each W-BRIDGE project, the relationship between management and project value was clarified.
