Abstract
We propose a methodology to increase the effectiveness of P2M in an environment of increasing uncertainty. Specifically, the 3S model will be re-comprehended in terms of its spiral structure, and the effectiveness of the sensemaking process therein will be presented. Combining the sensemaking concept in organizing theory and the knowledge-creating spiral framework, we explore the sensemaking process of diagnostic organization development that enables the extension of the ontological dimension from individual to group to organization to inter-organization. Furthermore, we were able to confirm the process of making organizational development a reality from small fluctuations by means of a case study that occurred in a real company. However, the limitations of a single case study have not been fully overcome, and there is a need to further deepen the research through comparative verification of dialogic organization development and diagnostic organization development, as well as research that incorporates the diversity of interactive organizational development.
