Abstract
Purpose management refers to management that emphasizes the significance of a company's existence. It is also known as management of aspiration, and it is believed that path-oriented management can be achieved by deeply pursuing the reason for a company's existence. In R&D management, on the other hand, the aspirations of individual R&D personnel and the aspirations of the organization's managers are important factors that determine the success or failure of projects and the quality of innovation. In this paper, the forms of R&D management from the perspective of purposive management and summarize measures to apply them to R&D management are organized.
