Abstract
In a maintenance phase of a core system, not just for operation job activity, it is necessary for the program management that a maintenance organization to continue the cycle of making necessary functional improvements so that the user organization can make effective use of them. However, requests from user organizations are limited and there are latent issues, so the challenge is to make them aware of areas for improvement and to link them to requests. This study is based on two previous studies: gatekeeper who collect external information and provide information to internal organizations, and gatekeeping, which indicates information pathways and processes. In this study, a case study was conducted. We focused on the information paths between user and maintenance organizations and the user's awareness and request transmission behavior. As a result, we will clarify users' behavior patterns and problems. We propose a model for inter-organizational collaboration to solve the problems.
