Abstract
This paper shows that in order for Mongolia to promote Inbound tourism business as a national policy, it is necessary to form a Program management method and a P2M platform. We propose the “ideal form” of Inbound tourism in Mongolia, which solves regional issues through inbound tourism, and realizes regional revitalization and sustainable regional development, as well as the initiatives and problem-solving plans necessary to get there. Specifically, we will analyze a case study of a startup company called “Hello, Huduu” (Hello, countryside!), which allows people to experience nomadic life, and propose the use of Logic model and regional revitalization platforms.
