According to Sthiramati’s Triṃśikāvijñaptibhāṣya, a yogin reaches the climax of darśana-mārga.At that time vijñaptimātratva is realized. Sthiramati speaks of two meanings with regard to this vijñaptimātratva: One is the vijñaptimātratva inside the mind and the other is acitta, absence of mind. In this state of acitta, reality is realized. The doubt that Sthiramati’s standpoint might be solipsism disappears by taking into account this reality.
