Many new college or university students use the housing conditional search system for a leasehold house on Web recently. This system is difficult to deal with unclear request which has a relation of a trade-off. Reducts rule in rough set can extract the house according to the request. However, creating the rules gives the user a great load about evaluation, and the user may be unable to obtain clear result. This is because rough set is a concept which treats uncertainly.
This paper presents the recommendation system for a leasehold house for students with conditional search and reducts rule in rough set. This system performs conditional search using housing information, and evaluate desirable houses by reducts rule in rough set. Through the experiment, it is confirm that the system can recommend houses which the user satisfied.
