As there is no well established methodology in new product planning proceedings especially in its processes, most product planners are facing difficulties on how to plan and create the right products for their targeted customers in the right timing. We would, therefore, propose a service value oriented new PPP (Product Planning Process) framework, which is highly inspired by the concept of S-DL (Service Dominant Logic), so that even an average product planner can get much higher chances to co-create an innovative new product with the target customers and other stakeholders or “actors” by tracing back and forth through the proposed PPP framework in the Knowledge Space.
