Recent Topics on Pulsed Power Technology

Abstract

Pulsed power technology is of great interest from the point of view of numerous industrial applications such as material processing, toxic gas treatment, medical treatment, civil engineering and so on. This paper briefly reviews the recent progress of selected topics, which are the discharge produced plasma light source and micro plasma application.
