This paper proposes a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control strategy based on open-loop control. Low-frequency torque vibration excluding the sixth- or twelfth-order harmonics occurs because the voltage fluctuates from the transition to the square-wave voltage. Therefore, the proposed control uses a variable band-pass filter to reduce low-frequency torque vibration. In the experimental results, the low-frequency q-axis current decreased by approximately 50%.
