Abstract
Energy transfer circuits with a superconducting magnet for an energy storage are proposed, discussed and tested for power supplies as quick changes of current through a superconducting magnet. In this paper, we derive analytical steady state solutions on energy transfer circuits of inductor converter bridges and discuss the controllability, the voltage across condensers, the maximum and the average voltage across the superconducting magnet, and ripples of the voltage. The results are useful for the design of energy transfer circuits.
