Abstract
In this paper, a new vector control system of an induction motor is proposed to suppress influences of iron loss, which has been difficult to deal with to achieve high accuracy torque control.
Recently many methods have been proposed to improve the torque accuracy, concentrating identification of parameters and adjustment of compensators in the controllers. Thus, it's necessary to tune some parameters and compensators initially by experts.
New method is proposed to suppress the influence of the iron loss by using a robust flux observer. By adding the decoupling control of a current corresponding to the iron loss, the vector control system with high torque control linearity can be constructed.
