Preservation technology of the fresh food which used discharge

Abstract

We developed the system which could preserve the large fresh food in the long term. The fruit emits ethylene gas with the aging effect. This mechanism is a method for decomposing C₂H₄ gas in which the fruit is released using the discharge. The discharge used the floating multielectrode in order to extend the discharge region.
