Abstract
Sound velocity and amplitude characteristics of taste solution by ultrasonic wave are described in this paper. In this experiment, sweet and salt solutions were used. Through measurements of sound velocity and amplitude, these taste solutions were discriminated. Temperature change of salt solution is distinguished. Therefore it was found that the possibility of taste sensing using ultrasonic characteristics was obtained from taste solutions.
