Abstract
The purpose of this study is to design a low voltage differential amplifier circuit for sensor signal processing. The prototype of CMOS Inverter-Based pseudo-differential amplifier has been designed with 0.18 µm standard CMOS process. The maximum differential gain was measured as 63.4 dB and the CMRR was 63.6 dB at 1 V supply voltage. The input offset temperature drift is 2.56 µV/°C. In addition, the hole-sensor-combination measurement was carried out by using the differential amplifier circuit.
