Stability of emulsion is an important index for quantitative assessment of cosmetics. In this study, we developed a portable sensor system equipped with a disposable type sensor chip which was made by a glass substrate with Cr electrode. Then we also determined the electric conductance of O/W emulsion of 5µL for 10s using the sensor system. On the basis of these results, we proposed the evaluation method of emulsified state for cosmetics.
