In this paper we found that three tensor components of piezoresistance were necessary for a crystallite orientation distribution function (CODF) expressing preferential crystallographic orientation of polycrystalline aggregates. A comparison between an experiment of poly-Si and the theoretical analysis showed the validity of our method representing the piezoresistance anisotropy by using CODF.
