抄録

A system to generate nanoparticles using the recrystallization phenomenon by quenching droplets in a microreactor device has been studied. By quenching microdroplets, nanoparticles were successfully generated. The cooling speed is increased when the solution is the microdroplet. In this study, we have constructed a nanoparticle generation system quenching nanodroplets to obtain higher cooling speed. In addition, flow rate condition has been changed, and nanoparticle size distribution has been evaluated.
