The dependence of the suppression of both the charging-up on phosphor surface and the degradation of luminescent intensity under by low energy electron excitation lower than 500eV on the fraction of In[OCH(CH_3)_2]_3 to ZnS : Ag, Cl phosphor in the sol-gel coating has been investigated to obtain the optimum coating condition. It was found that about 3.7wt% of In[OCH(CH_3)_2]_3 was most effective.
