Methods to deliver MPEG-VBR data on AV-Network is studied. Yet VBR compression is known to be efficient, it is difficult to archive end-to-end synchronization and efficient bandwidth utilization while delivering. To solve these problems, we propose new algorithm. Simulation results are also shown.
