27-3 低ビットレート符号化における動きベクトル決定手法の一検討

抄録

A study on improved motion vector decision scheme for low bitrate coding will be shown in this paper. Based on the experiments on MPEG-4 frame-based coding, proposed decision scheme shows the possibility to reduce the redundancy remains in the area which has high prediction error power.
