Abstract
The photocurrent multiplication was observed in amorphous silicon pi photoconversion films. This noise characteristics was followed in Mclintyre's equation because excess noise factor wad greater than unit. The result indicates that photocurrent is multiplied by avalanche multiplication phenomenon.
