To facilitate efficient reading for lung cancer screening CT, we have developed a reporting system. Reports can be completed only to select comments hierarchically. The results of subjective evaluations show that physicians' fatigue is decreased and time for making report is shortened by using this system. We will study to standardize lung cancer screening reports for reading over network.
