20-6 Photosensitivity of pulse modulation image sensor for bioimaging and biosensing applications

Abstract

Image sensors working with pulse modulation measuring scheme are proposed for applications of bioimaging and biosensing. A dynamic range of 120dB and a minimum sensing intensity level of 20nW/cm^2 were obtained. It is also confirmed that 5% of intensity change is detectable at the minimum intensity region.
