20-8 A proposal and fabrication of filter less fluorescence detection sensor.

Abstract

Conventionally fluorescent label and an expensive fluorescent scanner are used for DNA analysis. The fluorescent scanner has special light source and band pass filter. Therefore they are relatively large in volume. In this paper, we propose novel fluorescence detection sensor for DNA chip, and we have improved that sensor's γ-value. Proposed sensor is possible to detect will be important analysis micro-tool in μ-TAS field.
