7-2 TV4U : Making TV Programs without Skill with 'TV Creator'

Abstract

We have been studying TV4U which first divides TV program into resource, content and presentation part, and then distributes the parts themselves and composes them again at a user site. We propose the total TV system which allows end users to produce, to publish, and to watch TV program in easy way. In this paper, we describe the production system called 'TV creator' which enables a user to produce TV programs easily by making documents using standard word processor.
