Over the past year, we have proposed and developed a customizable TV system called "TV4U (TV for You). The TV4U system automatically provides tailor-made TV programs based on user profiles. For satisfying each of individual user's requirements, however, a large amount of TV programs has to be provided. This time, we propose the new TV environment based on TV4U concept which covers TV program production, distribution and watching. In this paper, we especially focus on TV watching system called "TV Browser", and describe the mechanism and the function.
