抄録
Compared with analog hologram used by sensitive material, Computer Generated Hologram (CGH) has possibilities of reconstruct animation in real time. But analog hologram can record fringe pattern in the direction of thickness, digital hologram can't it. Therefore we fabricate CGH used by femto second laser for verify the thickness hologram.
