Flexible displays using high-mobility oxide TFTs and inverted OLEDs were fabricated and evaluated. Moving images with a writing time of about 3.8 s were reproduced on the fabricated displays. This result indicates that these devices are suitable for sheet-type displays in an ultra high-definition broadcasting such as 8K Super Hi-Vision.
