We present design of optical beam steering devices using electro-optic (EO) polymer arrayed waveguides. EO polymer phase shifters have been numerically investigated and applied to 16 channels optical phased array devices. We confirmed basic characteristics of optical beam steering devices by using far-field pattern analysis.
