NHK is conducting research on the next generation terrestrial broadcasting to provide large-volume content such as Super Hi Vision. The proposed specification for the next generation terrestrial broadcasting has designed based on segmented OFDM to provide mobile reception service the same as One-seg service. This paper describes a computer simulation of mobile reception performance to compare the proposed specification and ISDB-T.
