低遅延HEVC/MMTコーデックシステムの開発

In this paper, we propose a method to realize synchronous transmission processing with low latency on general purpose server and GPU by parallelizing video coding and transmission processing using MMT. In addition, we report the low latency HEVC / MMT codec system implemented based on the proposed method.
