We have developed a digital still camera (DSF-F1) using 330-K pixels progressive scan CCD image sensor. In this System, the main features are following that one is the primary color camera signal process making good use of progressive scan CCD, the other is the memory controller with many functions, for example, real time monitoring function and JPEG I/F etc.
