衛星通信における可変ビットレートシステムの研究

In order to narrow a band width, and make good use of frequency, we study on a variable bit rate system using satellite communications. In this paper, we explain the paitings mode and the lecture mode on video conferences. we estimated and investigated them to search for the most suitable bit rate.
