8-8 Defect Detection based on 2D Fourier Transform for PCB Images

Abstract

In the defect inspection of the part by using image processing, gaps are included between compared images. Recent digital cameras have much higher resolution, which makes the position gaps in inspected images greater. Even the situation including rotation and shift, this algorithm based on Fourier transform enables fast correction and defect detection.
