The relationship between a company and an employee is shifting to a new paradigm, as Japanese industrial and social structure has changed. In this paper, I discussed research on a new Scheme of Business Ethics. In particular, I focused on a neutral, confidential and informal process. In so doing, I proposed a new style in which we execute Business Ethics. Namely, I argued Japanese companies must adopt a new system in order to provide a neutral, confidential and informal process.
