抄録

This study focuses on the mechanism of corporate scandals and the ethical value discretion of top managers. Top managers require a self motivated approach and transparent corporate culture is corporate scandals proactive measure. Corporate scandals awareness of top managers leads to nervousness and crisis mentality of the organization. This suggests lack of business ethics as an importance cause of corporate scandals. This paper considers top manager functions having management decision making in an ethical value discretion based on corporate philosophy and business ethics.
