This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of both positive and negative impacts of the advent of AI on business management and particularly ethical influence from stakeholder’s relationship management, for the sake of employees, consumers, business partners, shareholders (investors) and local communities. We found that compared with the work content and future of AI, people tend to focus more on the negative effects it could bring, which would shake their trust in the AI system itself, and choose to transfer responsibility from themselves to the developers or manufacturers. Therefore, the author believes that it is of great significance to make the black box transparent and give legitimacy to an “Explainable AI” system that can fulfill accountability to stakeholders.
