The global environmentalism is now emphasizing a meaning of the anti-thesis for free economy, standing a viewpoint of the environmental preservation. Now that Communism collapsed, the global environmentalism has seemed to emerge as a critical device for Capitalism. If we ignore an essential proposition that the development and prosperity of the human race has been inevitably accompanied by environment disruption and pollution, and we remain trying to bind the industrial and corporate activity with a spell of environmentalism, we will surely send away the inheritance which our ancestors build up for a long time.
