抄録
The current global changes make it insufficient to analyze multinational corporations only economically. Business Ethics is very important in international stage lacking laws and full of variety. This study assumed Business Ethics to have three characters universality, individualization, and social movement. These may bring us a new comprehension of multinational corporations.
