The aim of this paper is to extract nuclei and cytoplasm from images. The images got by a uterine test are slides. Each cell area is about a round ―φ=20 mm― and contains about 5,000 cells. Thus the area is too large to see at once with computer. To judge the malignancy of each slide, we have to magnify them and see each cell. Therefore we propose a new method for magnification of them and extraction of nuclei and cytoplasm. There are overlapping cells and a couple of cells. The former one is difficult to judge the malignancy. We show the process for judging malignancy of overlapping and not-overlapping cells by the method of nuclei extraction by area and color individually.
