When a plant is stabilized by a stable controller, the plant is said to be a strongly stabilizable plant. Recently the class of all strongly stabilizable plants has been clarified. This class shows that the strongly stabilizable plant is written as a particular feedback structure. However, there is no method to find whether or not the given plant can be rewritten as that structure. Since this relates to the strongly stabilizing controller design for given plant, it is desirable to find. The purpose of this paper is to propose a factorization method to give a solution whether or not the given plant can be rewritten as that structure.
