Abstract
This research aimed to develop a project focused on interlanguage collaboration and to present a flexible project model for high schools offering foreign languages other than English, leveraging the strengths of the educational environment. Three exchange projects were developed and conducted in various public high schools through collaboration between high schools and universities. Analysis of students' evaluations showed that the multilingual collaborative approach positively affected learning, increasing interest and motivation. The study suggests potential methods for implementing and applying the project model based on the case studies.
