In complex and turbulent environments, Management must learn and revise their knowledge frequently. Realizing their business, they cannot practice alone. Therefore they would involve Support Professionals, including Management Consultants, Lawyers and Accountants. These Support professionals, however, have huge problems for them to develop In this paper, we would describe the transformation to Coaching type support Professionals.
